If you listen closely, when it’s a close up on Fred when he’s singing the last couple lines in the Ian Rubbish sketch, you can hear Jason sobbing. You can’t tell because Carrie is blocking him a lot during the sketch, but he was losing it.

How do you feel about Fred & Bill leaving?
I was expecting it and I understand their reasons, but I’m also very sad. They are both spectacular performers who brought so much to the show, but also having met Bill several times and being around Fred a lot, I’m going to miss seeing them all of the time. Fred is one of the nicest people in the entire world and I’m going to miss hearing “Hey guys!” and seeing that awesome smile. It’s very hard to let go, but I know they are both going to continue to do great things and I wish them nothing but the best.
